Hi,

My friend joined with timadams1@fuse.net and hasn't been able to log in. He's also tried joining with different email accounts and hasn't had a response. He doesn't have a junk email filter either.

Is this a known problem? Does anyone know what the issue might be?

well conformation mail should be in his in box. if its not there ask him to re register him self.

i just resend a reset password link to his email timadams1@fuse.net

it doesn't work,'cause i had forgot my pass 2 and i kept cheeking my email and I never got the "conformation mail".The worse thing is that: if you forget your password,there is no way to get hold of one of you guys.I think its awful Sad Sad

There was a problem with the mail before, but now it should be working. Check again, and yes, make sure you also check your spam.

My friend (Tevebob) can't join to CDL. He wanted to change his e-mail address 2 days before, but he don't get the activation e-mail. He also tried to re-send it here: http://www.christiandl.com/index.php?action=activate but nothing happened. Is there any problem with gmail? He also tried to re-register with name Tevebob2. Nothing. Of course he checked spam box too... Help him PLS!  Thanks.

My friend, who is an established member, recently tried to change his e-mail address in his profile and they said "a new activation e-mail has been sent", but it was never actually sent. He can now no longer log in. He has tried several different e-mail addresses and tried on several different computers and they never send the activation e-mail. He even tried to create a new account but they never sent the initial activation e-mail.

There should be a way to contact an administrator in situations like this, how can you report a problem like this if you can't log in to post?

Guests to the site have no access to people's profile's to even find out a moderator or administrator's e-mail address. There should be a default e-mail address to contact someone in situations like these.

Hi I had to use use my friends account to report this problem i am now having, I created my own account few days ago but it does not send me activation email, it shows me as a member dredre (hotmail)but I am unable to login or get anywhere since creating the account. I also tried with another account fstars (gmail) but have the same problem.
Please help

and there should be a way for guests to contact admin in situation like this, i can't do anything as a guest or get any help.

It will let him register but the auth. email has never been sent. He has clicked away for a new one MULTIPLE TIMES!

If anyone can help that would be great!

Oh by the way, he has checked his spam, and its been a few weeks and nothing is still working

i had this problem yester day i never got my confrim e-mail i was ignoring it and today i got a rminder sent to me that said dont forget to activate! glad i got it.
