$5 per month and you get insane amounts of storage and transfer, plus great tracking tools and stuff. I've got a bunch of pages hosted with them - very satisfied.

I used HostMonster.com and BlueHost.com. Both are about $5/month and pretty excellent. I haven't had any problems with them and I think you get your domain name for free as long as you pay for a whole year of service in advance. They are also rated as the top 2 hosts on one of the top 10 hosts websites you can find on google. It doesn't really matter which you choose because they are almost identical. I think they may even be the same company just with 2 different names :-P

http://www.dreamhost.com/ -- seems to be a popular choice. If you want something more sophisticated, SliceHost and Webfaction are also great choices.
