The Proof is that the Bible never spoke about a Government of 12, all of my close friends who Church allowed this doctrine in their congregations, today are no longer a church but a divided one.  When God establishes his greatness no man, is hurt. G-12 is dedicated to destroy what once was united, divided what once was holy.

Stay away and keep praying against it, The Bible is material proof, testimonies from hundreds is my convincing proof. 

Church goers should not follow 12, or 1 man, the Church was established to be a shelter, refuge, a place of worship, not a bank.  Castellanos is not a god, and G-12 followers worship a man, before they honor the one and only God.

How come G12 churches worship Castellanos?

Bro, but isn't G-12 another discipleship program like many churches have cell groups, cadres,and small groups where Christians share their lives with one another and have a mentor to be accountable to.
It also started the idea of the Encounter Retreats, which I went through number of times and is a great cleansing and replenishing experience. I know a few churches that follow the G-12 system of discipleship and are united and flourishing.

How come G12 churches worship Castellanos?

OH man! you've said it all, before G-12 was introduced in the church of my city, they, the pastors used to get together and pray together, now no one has time to anyone! Everybody is just busy trying to achieve their deadlines, it's like a whole big competition to see who is more efficient in following the G-12 teachings.
And no different from what you said before, there are divisions everywhere! A lot of people fighting against each other, because according to them they are more efficient, they bring more people to Christ(?), therefore they should be honoured as such and be chosen as one of the 12! It's just a big mess, the focus is on numbers and not on the quality! It's a mess!

My friends, Jesus said that a kingdom divided can not stand (Matthew 12:25) but we see how God has done great things in the churches that hold the doctrine G12, churches with thousands of members where lives are changed and saved, and these churches follow growing and establishing the Reinier de God in earth.
Jesus also said, "go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." (Mark 16:15)
Brothers, The Church of Jesus Christ is not a pleasure boat where people go to have fun with the relationship between them, but it is a lifeboat where the main goal is to continue the work that Jesus and his disciples began and observe this commandment even though there is much time for each other that we know that the most important thing is not going to church for fun but to worship God and win as many people as possible that is the next coming of Jesus we wrestle not matter quL form is to free more more souls from hell. I'm sure this is the best way to please God.
