WinAMP - http://www.winamp.com/ - The best free music player in the world  Tongue

CCleaner - http://www.ccleaner.com/ - CCleaner deletes old and not useful files in windows. Checks problems and cleans the registry.

Safari - http://www.apple.com/safari/ - A great web browser that is bundled with Mac OS X. For Windows too ^^

Other tools:
Google Chrome - fastest web browser out there, only in beta stage.
Last.fm - Great social music scrobbeling software.

Does anyone know of a converter that will convert videos from say vuze into a format that will go onto my ipod touch?

I don't have an iTouch of my own, so I am not positive, but Super does encode source material into iWhatever formats.
