DMCA Contact

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page describes the information that should be present in these notices. Understand that we do not host or provide any download services. We simply link search results to other websites that we have no control over. If you really want your music removed, you should contact the linked sites about removal.

  • Detailed identity of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon. This can include specific URL(s) or search terms, but cannot be broad or vague descriptions.

  • Your complete contact information, including both your E-mail address and postal address so we can contact you. We always confirm via E-mail when content has been removed.

  • Include the following statement:

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by my registered copyright and by the law. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is infringed.

Send all of the above in an E-mail to cdl[at]ahbit.net with "DMCA" in the subject line. We try our best to respond immediately to these requests, but in some situations it may take more than 24 hours. Our site is in full compliance with the Safe Harbor provisions of the DMCA, 17 USC 512(c)(3) and 512(b)(1):
